At Crystal life Counselling we treat everyone as an individual and regardless of what their issues are, offer them a safe space to explore their problems and to accompany them on their journey to a better version of themselves.
A common statement often shared by clients is that ‘ no one listens to me & no one understands me’ At Crystal Counselling we listen, and more importantly help our clients to listen to themselves as opposed to feeling the need to listen to others.
Confidentiality is important in the counselling setting, without it there is no trust and without trust there will be little opportunity for the client to grow and move forward. We offer all our clients a safe and confidential environment, so they feel safe to share and rid themselves of their problems and issues.
Empathy is not the same as sympathy, at Crystal Counselling our counsellors offer empathy in a way that they strive to walk in the shoes of their clients, to gain an understanding of what their clients are going through, resulting in the client feeling heard and understood, two things often lacking in peoples lives.
